Rehearsal & Dinner

We will be hosting a rehearsal dinner for family and wedding party members.
For all other guests, we recommend making dinner plans in town before or after checking in. Winslow has plenty of great restaurants to explore! Shuttles will be available for those without a car—check out the Things to Do tab for restaurant recommendations and more details.

Friendship Circle
Join us for our Welcome Campfire & Talent/No-Talent Show!
Whether you want to sing a song, give a toast, perform some close-up magic, or simply sit back and enjoy the fun, feel free to join in however you'd like!
We'll have s’mores and drinks as we gather around the fire.
If you play an instrument, bring it along!
After the campfire, the festivities will continue at the Party Lodge (Ichthyology Lodge) with late-night drinks and snacks!
Saturday, August 23rd
A Day of Fun & Exploration
8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Spend the day enjoying a mix of guided activities, self-led adventures, and plenty of time to relax and connect.
For guests staying at IslandWood, breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Coffee, pastries, and fruit will be available anytime after 6 am in the dining room. Breakfast will run from 8:00-10:00 am.
Taking an early ferry? Guests are encouraged to come early and explore the grounds.
Trails and treehouses are open from sunrise to sunset—so feel free to roam and take it all in!

Sign up and meet in the Welcome Center
Yoga
Start your day with a private yoga session. Yoga mats will be provided, just come in comfortable athletic clothing.
Guided Naturalist Hike
Explore IslandWood’s 255-acre forest with a naturalist-led hike. Walk across the suspension bridge, visit the treehouse, and take in the beauty of the trails. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear.
Guided Forest Hike
Enjoy a hike through our beautiful forest among towering Douglas-fir, Western redcedar, and Hemlock. View the bog and ravine habitat from our treehouses as you learn about a forest habitat deeply connected to and shaped by the people of Bainbridge Island.
Canopy Tower
Open: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Climb to new heights and take in stunning views of the surrounding forest.
